Maine Boys to Men Fellowship

A year-long mentorship experience for high school boys.

About the Fellowship

This fellowship develops a community of belonging for young men who are committed to disrupting the patterns of narrow masculinity in themselves and others. Through day-long programs, weekend retreats, and monthly calls, 12-16 high school-aged boys explore connection, masculinity, identity, and power.

Fellows will practice being in community, foster social-emotional growth, and initiate projects to step into authentic, empathetic leadership in their schools or communities.

Who is eligible?

  • High school-aged boys (preference for sophomores and juniors).
  • Students living in Cumberland, Androscoggin, and Sagadahoc counties.
  • Commitment to a year-long mentorship experience.

Who should apply?

We welcome boys of different backgrounds who want to explore their identities, step into their power, and be a part of something bigger. If you're curious for new challenges and ready to build your confidence, this is for you.
